Orders
On placing an order, please email me with your full name and delivery address.
Payment
Payment can be made either securely via PayPal or by Cheques drawn on a UK Personal Bank Account.
Credit/Debit card & Paypal
Payment online by Credit/Debit card and PayPal is accepted. Credit/Debit card payments are securely processed by PayPal and currency conversion is automatic so payments may be made from most countries and bank accounts worldwide. PayPal has a very high level of security, customer privacy and protection, all transactions are performed over maximum security SSL encryption and your card/bank details are not stored or made available to me in any way.
Cheques
Cheques should be in Pounds Sterling and made payable to Melissa Budasz. Your order will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared and you have been notified that your order has been accepted.
UK Delivery
Delivery charge will vary according to size and weight of each individual piece. I will contact you directly with the cost for this.
International Delivery
For delivery of paintings overseas, I will contact you directly with the cost of this which will be dependent on size and weight of the painting(s).
Cancellation/Exchanges/Refunds
You may cancel or exchange your order for any reason up to 7 days after you receive the goods (the statutory minimum is 7 days). Notice of cancellation should be sent to melissabudasz@gmail.com - cancellations must be received in writing. Goods must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. The goods must be securely wrapped and packaged before shipping in the original packaging or similar equivalent. Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund, usually via the same payment method used for purchase (e.g. PayPal refund, cheque etc.).

I take the privacy of your information very seriously. For customers that have purchased from me I may from time to time send newsletters on new jewellery/paintings or special offers, please let me know in writing if you do not wish to receive this.
